Charlie Sheen, Snoop Dogg winning team as green celebrities?

[May 11]

Go green! Until Charlie Sheen can get his own entry in Webster’s for Tiger Blood, he is settling for the next best thing: a collaboration with Snoop Dogg for the epic Winning rap. The song is available on iTunes for download as of midnight, Wednesday, May 11, 2011. It’s perfect timing since the rapture is going to be happening on May 21, 2011, just ten days from now, according to a number of Christian religions. Fans have just over a week to start Winning. If they need a shot of Tiger Blood to cope, they can try contacting Charlie Sheen or Snoop Dogg on Twitter.

That’s right. Charlie Sheen has had a lot of time on his hands since he finished his Violent Torpedo of Truth Tour. Since there is somewhere between zero chance and negative numbers chance of Sheen ever getting back on the good side of Chuck Lorre or ever seeing the set of Two and a Half Men again, Sheen took the next logical step. Music. After all, if Kim Kardashian can do it, why not Sheen?

Recorded with Filter guitarist Rob Patterson, the new song and rap Winning actually is pretty catchy in this writer’s opinion. Of course, Snoop Dogg is the one doing all the rapping, and Patterson is doing all the guitar playing. Charlie Sheen apparently just appears standing around in the video looking like he’s Winning, filled with Tiger Blood and Adonis DNA. That probably is for the best.

According to PopEater:

“Well, the genesis of the song is about, you know, winning,” Sheen told E! “I think Snoop did a really good job at kind of encapsulating the whole vibe of, you know, the movement.”

One figure noticeably absent from the latest round of Sheen concoctions is former goddess and porn star Bree Olson, who, rumors suggested, decided being a deity wasn’t all it was cracked up to be. She’d had her her fill of Sheen’s Adonis DNA and Tiger Blood, and hightailed it back home to Fort Wayne Indiana. Oh no! But E! Online reports that the rumors are false. She just had some legal business to attend to … again. This time over a drunk driving charge. Good to know she’s still a fine fit for Sober Valley Lodge.

But at least Sheen has confirmed that the latest stunt at least will do something positive for someone. Proceeds from the new song will go to benefit the southern states that were decimated by a round of tornadoes the likes of which few ever have witnessed. Charlie Sheen has seen the devastation for himself, and has been moved. We hope he stays on a positive track.
