Eco Celebrity Death: Tiger Woods tree dead! (Funny Celebrity Scandal)

Tiger Woods tree DiedThe tree that started the Tiger Woods scandal has died. The eco celebrity death can be blamed on bad ju ju, bad karma, too many nasty media gossip reports, or a curse placed upon it by the disgraced athlete himself. The tree, which once stood in the front lawn of the home Tiger once shared with his ex-wife Elin Nordegren, is no more. However, it was not natural causes that took it out…

The tree was destroyed intentionally!

For those who remember the celeb gossip reports, after allegedly being woken up in the middle of the night from a sound Ambien – induced sleep, Woods fled to the garage and hopped in his SUV. Fleeing from what many speculate was an angry blond wielding a golf club, he sped down the driveway to make his escape.

Dazed, confused, and disoriented, the celebrity athlete then based his car into the now famous tree.

TMZ staff, still laughing, posted the following RIP news about the fallen green. They wrote:

Tiger Woods wasn’t the only living creature whose life was ruined on that fateful night in November 2009 — the tree he crashed his Escalade into has been murdered …

Sources close to the tree [say] new neighbors moved in recently and began remodeling — and one of the first things they did was tear down the infamous oak tree.

The construction company that did the job tells us the tree was in bad shape ever since the crash — and even though the new neighbors knew full well the tree’s place in history, they decided to get rid of it anyway.

And don’t think the tree will be showing up on eBay anytime soon — it was NOT saved, it was simply trashed.

We’re told a new tree will be planted soon, but in the meantime … there’s a Porta-Potty in its place.

Although we’re never in favor of ripping up trees, buying Tiger Woods house and having a landmark out front that people can drive by and take pictures of as a part of pop culture history could be irritating. The dent left by his Cadillac Escalade was likely to have also left a deep impression in the bark (although most think Elin’s bite out of cheetah Tiger in the divorce settlement was far worse).

If you were the new folks who bought the place, would you have removed the famous tree from your front yard landscaping? Actually, knowing that Tiger and Elin lived there and such a huge argument and alleged assault had happened there, would you have even bought the jinxed home to begin with, really?

Let’s hope that in its place will be a fresh new crop of landscaping that includes several new trees and low maintenance, native plant [indigenous] landscaping.

As for the report from TMZ — thanks for sharing, guys. The news about the “green” celebrity was funny!
