Kim Kardashian wedding planning with Kris Humphries?

[Apr. 14]

Is reality television star (now questionable singer and possible movie star) Kim Kardashian talking about wedding plans to NBA star and Harry Potter troll lookalike Kris Humphries? Some sources say so. Most shocking is a tweet coming from Kim’s Twitter account that made mention of her “future husband,” though the green celebrity and Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has said it was just Kris Humphries fiddling with her phone, says Hollywood Life. Maybe he’s got more interest in getting hitched to the reality television than she does? Sources doubt it.

Celebrity Cafe reports that Kim Kardashian has spoken to Life and Style Magazine:

Kardashian has talked about what wedding ring she would want. “I want Lorraine to design me a big diamond ring,” Kardashian told friend Brittny Gastineau. A friend also said, “Her idol is Elizabeth Taylor, who was a good friend of Lorraine’s, so she wants to take inspiration from one of Elizabeth’s prized possessions: her famous cushion-cut Krupp diamond. Kim’s been talking to Lorraine about it a lot lately,” according to Terra.com.

Kim Kardashian and an insider went on to tell Life and Style Magazine that the reality television star and green celebrity has long envisioned what her wedding will be like. The insider tells the magazine that Kim already is planning a trip to Paris for a Chanel wedding gown. “She wants a white strapless floor-length gown that’s traditional but sexy and makes her feel like a princess,” says the insider.

Celebrity Scandal: Kobe Bryant apologizes to LGBT community for gay slur

Kobe Bryant apologizes to LGBT community for openly gay slur?

[Apr. 14]

Perez Hilton, an openly gay blogger, knows a little bit about bullying. When he speaks, his words have the power to heal, divide, or hurt any celebrity or public figure. Whether he is outing a Hollywood star or starlet who is not yet ready to have their sexuality thrust into the bright lights of paparazzi attention or he is simply commenting that someone’s choice of fashion on the red carpet is at best ugly, his words reverberate throughout the blogosphere in such a way that they give him star power and the accused or praised a public media boost like no other. But what about when simple phrases that reinforce negative stereotypes are thrown around by other less prolific celebrity figures while people are listening and cameras are rolling? Such was the case when celebrity athlete Kobe Bryant, an NBA basketball player, threw out some openly stupid remarks about the gay community. Realizing after the fact that he had been labeled a verbal bully recanted his remarks with a public apology almost immediately, and since the sports hero himself had a checkered past filled with nasty allegations about his own sexual nature with regard to misogynistic behavior but was forgiven by fans, Kobe Bryant now hopes the gay and lesbian community across the United States will forgive him.

Hulk Hogan and Little People reality TV series really about midget wrestling?

Hulk Hogan makes big wrestlers of little people in new reality TV series about midget wrestling?

[Apr. 9]

We know, we know. It sounds all wrong but celebrity athlete Hulk Hogan is at it again with a new reality television series tentatively named Micro Wrestling, reports RadarOnline. The show will highlight the backstage lives and training of little people in professional wrestling. Micro Wrestling currently is in production, and Hulk Hogan will be the man and mentor behind the big aspirations of these little athletes.

While Hogan is no stranger to reality television & he’s starred in Hogan Knows Best and Brooke Knows Best & the reality television show Micro Wrestling is a return to wrestling for the professional wrestling superstar.

RadarOnline.com reports:

The Hulk (a.k.a. Terry Bollea) will be the man behind the wrestlers: “He’s the guy who inspires, recruits, trains and mentors them. He’s been involved in every step — only this time it’s on a smaller scale,” his attorney David Houston tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“It will explore the fascinating world of wrestling on the scale of little people,” he adds. “It will show their extraordinary physical capabilities and the true strength of people of that stature.”

There is an established history for little people in sports. The Dwarf Athletic Association of America (DAAA) “is a nonprofit organization created in 1985 to develop, promote, and provide quality amateur level athletic competition opportunities for dwarf athletes in the United States.”

Some have criticized Micro Wrestling as just another attempt by the green celebrity professional wrestler to capitalize on his own antics, as he was criticized for doing with reality television shows Hogan Knows Best and Brooke Knows Best, but Micro Wrestling may do a lot to bring attention to the quality sportsmanship and abilities of little people. Green celebrity Hogan still is suffering through a costly divorce from his ex-wife Linda.
