American Idol winner Scotty McCreery fan might not be a fan of the Denver Broncos, but he certainly had flattering things to say about Tim Tebow while he watched football on Sunday January 9th, 2012. Tebow’s name went on fire when presidential hopeful Rick Perry (the Governor of Texas) gave him big props during the presidential GOP debates a few weeks ago. The republican tried to compare himself to the winner — but fumbled in his speech again. After trying to come off as cute, Christian, and quick witted he botched his attempt at glib jibe. In an homage to actor Charlie Sheen, female comedian Amy Schumer counted down the top 40 “winning” star celebs of 2011 on the entertainment channel VH1. Which star celebs did she name? Humanitarian Charlie Sheen razzed for donating money to help homeless?

TMZ razzed charitable actor Charlie Sheen for making efforts to help the homeless while he was on vacation in Mexico shortly after the Thanksgiving Weekend of 2011. They write, “Sporting a Panama hat … that was made in Ecuador … Charlie Sheen hit the streets of Colombia this week … and generously gave a homeless man a 2000 Peso Note!!!!” The site went on to say, “Unfortunately, the Colombian peso isn’t as strong as the dollar these days … not even close … so 2,000 p is only worth about $1.03.” That got us thinking about why the press only reports bad news and rarely talks about Charlie Sheen’s good deeds.
