Nominated for his first Country Music Television (CMT) award, Never Say Never singer and teen pop singer Justin Bieber has been book for the upcoming CMT awards! In an all star line-up, influenced by R&B singer Usher Raymond, the Biebs joins season 10 American Idol winner Scotty McCreery, runner up Lauren Alaina, Dancing With The Stars 2011 winner and professional football player Hines Ward, country music great Shania Twain, pop rock music group Train, Grammy Award winners Lady Antebellum, and actor Ricky Schroder from the CMT movie, To the Mat, and many more!
Country music singers are a tightly knit community. The songs that comes from the fruits of their labor is usually created with passion and love. Throughout the American Idol 2011 season, supporters of Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina made their favorites feel at home. Despite their recent arrival on the country scene, they seemed to be natural additions to the country genre of music. Scotty will be perfroming his first single, I Love You This Big and Lauren will be singing Like My Mother Does – they are well on their way to becoming country greats like their country music mentors Shania Twain and Tim McGraw.
Justin Bieber, considered a pop singer is well versed in different types of music. Through his ballads and emotionally powerful music, country fans have taken a liking to him. Fond of working with different artists, including his mentor Usher Raymond, singer of songs such as Confessions, OMG, and My Way, Justin Bieber will surely shine during his first perfromance on the Country Music Television awards.
