Was the Madonna Super Bowl halftime show really ruined by rapper M.I.A.?

The 2012 Superbowl halftime show controversy overshadows the real work done by Madonna in the real world. In a recent press release Madonna announced her Raising Malawi charity is planning to break ground on building 10 schools in Malawi. Sounds to me like Madonna has come a long way since being the “Material Girl” of the 1980s. Perhaps that is a lesson that could be learned by the spoiled brat M.I.A. — and fans could cut Madonna some slack for trying so hard to put on a show while acting like such a good sport. Could eco-friendly Karma help Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore reunite?

Ashton Kutcher was one of the celebrities who took to Twitter during the 2012 Superbowl to support green celebrity Madonna. During the half time show where she was performing live, the man who has been pretty silent on Twitter tweeted out props to the older pop singer. MTV was one website that noticed his praise of the pretty blonde 53-year old woman, saying, “Kutcher was another fan of the pop titan’s high-energy performance as he confessed, “#fact Madonna is crushing it!” Aside from admiring older women other than his estranged wife Demi Moore, many people have been wondering what else the star celeb has been up to lately. PETA mad Toto from The Wizard of Oz might be state dog of Kansas?

PETA (the non-profit organization that crusades for animal rights) is opposed to Kansas making Toto their state dog. Whenever someone thinks of actress Judy Garland, chances are they picture her standing there holding her little dog Toto and clicking the heels of her ruby red slippers together while wishing her way back to Kansas. If the state can get licensed to use the movie image of Dorothy and her dog, the boon to the tourist industry could be enough to give local residents the financial windfall to be able to not only buy The Wizard of Oz pets but to also take great care of them (despite the current economic recession).
