When rumors reported the celebrity couple broke up and that engagement rumors were nothing but bogus wishful thinking reports, Justin Timberlake became one of the most eligible bachelor’s in hollywood — hotter than green celeb George Clooney even. Ever since his last break up, Justin Timberlake has been linked to a growing number of single starlets and pop music singers in Hollywood. The latest rumored girlfriend? None other than the all-grown-up Olsen twin sister Ashley Olsen. The rumors about Justin Timberlake and Ashley Olson hooking up seem to have started underground rather than from Hollywood insider reports. The “Bad Teacher” movie actor was rumored to be hooking up on the sly with Ashley Olsen because celebrity sightings paired the two together hanging out in the same Hollywood social circles. By putting 2 + 2 together to make 5, fans began speculating the pop culture icons were — for lack of a more cordial phrase — doing it now that Justin Timberlake was no longer dating Jessica Biel or hanging out with other ex girlfriends like Britney Spears or Cameron Diaz in public.
Entertainment journals who reached out to Justin Timberlake’s representative quickly found the rumor reports shot down. Even TRON actress and green celebrity Olivia Wilde found her own name thrown into the mix of women Justin Timberlake was allegedly romancing on the sly around town. “Justin is friends with both Olivia and Ashley,” the rep told E! Online. “He is not romantically involved with either. He is single.” E! Online further added:
A friend of the singer-turned-actor added, “Justin and Ashley have a ton of mutual friends. Yeah, they were hanging out. But there is nothing going on.”
Aces Showbiz Spy tried to clear up the celebrity couple rumors — including one swirling that Justin Timberlake was hooking up on the sly with ex-girlfriend and former Disney Princess Britney Spears by sharing:
News of Justin’s possible hook-up with Ashley was brought up by Us Weekly. In its latest issue, the publication claimed that the two single stars have been inseparable in and around New York
The magazine went further by citing a so-called inside source who confirmed that Justin and Ashley “are hooking up.” Another source was also quoted as saying that the “SexyBack” singer and the former girlfriend of Justin Bartha are “really trying to keep it on the down-low.”
Justin himself recently opened up that he hasn’t been in contact with ex-girlfriend Britney Spears for years. In an interview with Vanity Fair, the “Friends with Benefits” actor confessed, “We haven’t spoken in 9 or 10 years.”
