Look out, Steve Jones! While you might think of X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger like a sister, she is actually one red hot mama — and a fierce competitor! Since winning the Mirror Ball Trophy with pro dance partner Derek Hough back in 2010, @NicoleScherzy has been going through some tough stuff. She broke up with fiance Lewis Hamilton, the Formula One race car driver who proposed to her just a few weeks before she won and stepped up to the plate to become a judge (giving Jones his job). Here’s a few reasons why he should take Nicole seriously as a single girl, starting with the new photos she tweeted of herself in various states of undress and without makeup. Me-ow!
Nicole Scherzinger has had a tough year but your would not know it by looking at the racy new photos the 33-year-old lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls. Fresh out of the shower and without makeup, she looked absolutely ravishing in one of the new photos she shared of herself on Twitter. While she had been famous for quite some time thanks to her singing career, the reality television show judge from X Factor was rocketed to mulch-generational international fame when she appeared on the 2010 season of Dancing With The Stars. Dancing with partner Derek Hough, she won the Mirror Ball Trophy.
Three shows or so before the win, her long time boyfriend Lewis Hamilton (the F1 race car driver) asked her to marry him. Insiders familiar with both Hamilton and Hough suspected the only reason Lewis proposed was because of her incredible chemistry with Derek Hough. Like the rest of the audiences across America, he saw what coulda-shoulda-woulda been going on between @derekhough and @nicolescherzy. Being the competitive man he is, he made a pre-emptive strike. Proposing, he beat cute blonde Derek to the race for bragging rights to owning Scherzinger’s heart in a near photo finish.
Had she broken up with the Formula One Driver and kept dancing with Derek Hough, the two talented star celebs probably would have been happily married by now and both doing full-time high paying Broadway shows. They also would have made a perfect celebrity couple to host a Sonny & Cher type variety show (only they would be great to watch rather than simply good). But, instead of following what her instincts about the fabulous chemistry she had going on with Derek Hough on and off the dance floor, she seemed to say yes to Lewis Hamilton’s marriage proposal out of a sense of what some might call obligation. Other people who saw the difference in her happiness factor rise so much with the DWTS pro that she agreed to marry her boyfriends out of guilt.
The whole engagement changed Nicole’s attitude on the show and you could sense that both she and Derek seemed disappointed that she said yes to the proposal. However, it is highly unlikely anything inappropriate ever happened between them and there are no rumors that he ever asked her to say no to Lewis. Since that time, Nicole Scherzinger and Lewis Hamilton called off their engagement — but not before their whole romantic life put a division between her and the DWTS pro.
Nicole also was picked up to host X Factor, the new singing talent competition that was the brain child of Simon Cowell. But she did not get to play hostess because Simon decided to promote her to being a judge. Her host position was filled by an interesting character — a super hot Welsh guy named Steve Jones.

To that end, one has to wonder why she would post so many candid shots of herself in various states of undress while she’s been on vacation in Mexico following the brutal 2011 X Factor season. Knowing hot guys like Steve Jones are surfing the web and likely to be following him on Twitter, was this her polite way of saying, “Hey — I’m single and I ain’t your sister?”
