Demi Lovato hosted live TV on New Years Eve for MTV (not Disney)

Disney princess Demi Lovato will be co-hosting MTV’s annual New Year’s Eve Special from Times Square in New York City, the star celeb revealed to Seventeen magazine. She’ll be co-hosting with actor and musician Tyler Posey, who nearly landed the role of Jacob Black in the Twilight franchise, but ultimately lost out to Taylor Lautner. Demi Lovato will be joined by an all-star cast, including Disney princess Selena Gomez (Justin Bieber’s girlfriend of Wizards of Waverly Place fame). The show will start at 11 pm EST. The network plans to offer a delayed recording will be broadcast to the West Coast for Hollywood viewers. Keep reading.
