Steve-O is really not that bad of a person — and even though he gets paid big money to act like one on TV, he really is not an idiot. He spends his quality time abusing himself, not other people. In fact, like Elisabetta Canalis, he is also a die-hard vegetarian. He actually walked out of a charity event for the American Diabetes Foundation because they served meat. He made a great point that them serving meat (instead of a healthy vegetarian alternative) was like serving alcohol at an AA meeting. [He’s right, actually.
