The trouble is, that god and good genetics might not have anything to do with either spectacular twin sets. The plastic surgeons responsible for the artist known as Megan Fox have cleverly crafted an icon that rivaled sexy dead starlet Marilyn Monroe, while po music singer Katy Perry’s docs have made her look more candy-esque. So which star pair was crafted best? The jury is still out, but for 10 grand or less you can buy yourself or you girl her own matching set.

So what of the plastic surgery craze in Hollywood? For better or for worse we ask?

Is a woman who has been cosmetically altered to look cartoon-ish as lovely as starlets of past eras who primped and pranced around by using old fashioned corsets and girdles to do what the binding brand SPANX now does best?

Will Kristen Stewart will be heading out to see celebrity mom for Jules Stewart Mother’s Day? Apparently not, says one commenter on the site, making it a two strike deal related to KStew and Mothers Day celebrating. As for parenting, it looks like the only mom in the house for the day will be young Kristen Stewart herself — as a pet friendly puppy mommy. Rumors have it that “new parents” Robert Pattinson will be meeting up with Kristen and their mutually adopted dog Bear in Toronto for Mother’s Day.

That sort of qualifies her to be a mom herself, right?

Hollywood Life reports that Bear is the adopted kid of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, having rescued the pup from a shelter in Baton Rouge. Bear was a rescue dog, the site reports, who was almost ready to be euthanized!

Aww. The two of them played regularly with Bear on the set of Breaking Dawn, and sources have it that proud dad Robert Pattinson even lets Bear sleep in the bed with him.

Wonder if KStew is jealous… just call him the Dog Whisperer.

Reality television star Paris Hilton has officially said she is sorry about joking publicly about convicted criminal Lindsay Lohan and her… ummm… lack of judgement about the best kind of luxury items to steal while shoplifting. The celebrity socialite apologized to Lindsay Lohan via Twitter after making what some thought were humorous comments about the Disney Princess’ now notorious jewelry theft case. The funniest part of her public apology? In a preview of her new reality show The World According to Paris, Hilton was mistaken for Lohan when giving earrings to a homeless woman, claims Socialite Life, showing how any publicity in Hollywood social circles can be bad or good. In this case the cloud of non-PC jokes has been overshadowed by the silver lining that Paris Hilton slamming Lindsay Lohan in jest actually helped promote her new reality series.

So what did Paris Hilton say about Lindsay Lohan that deserved an apology, and why were her remarks offensive rather than funny?

Socialite Life writes:

The socialite quipped: “If I were Lindsay, I would be stealing earrings… not giving them away.”

Lohan is currently involved in an ongoing court case after being accused of stealing a necklace from LA boutique Kamofie & Company.

According to celebrity gossip website TMZ, a hurt and embarrassed Lindsay Lohan told other more sympathetic celebrity friends:

“[Paris] is mean. You don’t have to make fun of serious matters in people’s lives to be funny.”
