Notoriously pet-friendly Queen Elizabeth II loves her new royal family member Kate Middleton, new bride of Prince William. The incredible Alexander McQueen wedding gown she wore to the royal wedding is now on display at Buckingham Palace. But when the Queen herself came down to take a regal peek at the new fashion history exhibit, she — allegedly — was not as pleased with the dress showcase as she could have been (if UK tabloid gossip reports mean anything).

Extra TV reported the general appearance of the, “headless mannequin used to exhibit the gown” disturbed the Welsh Corgi loving Queen. The ethereal effect of the gorgeous wedding dress made her joke that it looked “horrible” and “creepy.” Kate Middleton, of course trying to do her best to satisfy the Queen, countered with a quip, saying the wedding dress with the headless bride gave the gown a hip and trendy “3D effect.”

However, there is a story behind the hat of red carpet fashion disasters that tells a tale of luxury and decadence while ending up with a happy ending not here yet. We have to wait on all the eBay bids, because Princess Beatrice took a celebrity fashion tip from Hollywood’s favorite Armenian-American pseudo pop culture icon princess Kim Kardashian. She wore the expensive hat, got the pics, and by God now she’s selling that one of a kind fashion faux pas on eBay for the benefit of charity, Yes, that’s right. The horny hat is headed for a glass case or to mount over a mantle rather than to make another celebrity red carpet appearance on some other poor confused person’s head. Princess Beatrice is selling her Royal Wedding hat as a keepsake — and will be donating the proceeds to charity (we know to be a few of her favorites as a green celebrity humanitarian).

Well, maybe not, but Prince Harry looked pretty darned comfortable palling around with Oscar winning actress Charlize Theron from Monster (2003) on what some celebrity gossip websites was a royal date. The two star celebs were spotted together at a charity polo match that hunky royal Prince Harry was playing in, according to E! Online. And Charlize Theron, dressed in a stunning (as usual) black ensemble looked every bit like royalty. More over, since everyone knows the randy Prince Harry likes super hot blondes, the Hollywood starlet was quite likely to turn his royal head away form that girl the London press gives him so much grief about dating because she is a party girl… what’s her name? Chel… oh, nevermind. Charlize Theron is just too sexy, and the gossip would be just entirely too much fun to write about if she really IS interested in dating Prince Harry.
