Jesus Christ shot up White House trying to get on Oprah Network? (Video)

On Friday November 18th, a video clip hit the Internet showing he may in fact have mental health issues. Ortega-Hernandez made a 45-minute-long home video where he claims to both look like and be Jesus Christ in an attempt to get on Oprah Winfrey’s enormously popular television channel, The Oprah Winfrey Network. Were Oprah of God listening while he made his plea to be famous?
